Who We Are
Allen Carr became a qualified accountant in 1958. He was successful in his chosen profession, but his hundred-cigarettes-a-day addiction has driving him to despair.
In 1983, after countless failed attempts to quit, by using willpower and other methods, he finally discovered what the world had been waiting for - the Easy Way to Stop Smoking. Until his death in November 2006 he was recognized as the world's leading authority on stopping smoking. His network of clinics spans the globe and independant success rate studies have proven that they are undesputedly the most successful in the world. Allen Carr's Easyway method has helped cure over 10 million smokers conservatively estimated.
The current international network of over 150 Easyway Clinics, in over 40 different countries, forms the core of the organisation and is continuing to expand. Therapists are handpicked by the Allen Carr International organisation and will not be allowed to practice until they can match Allen's own success rate. The worldwide clinic network currently treats over 45000 smokers per annum and this figure is increasing annually.
